50% Wholewheat

The basic light brown sourdough bread (large +- 850g / small +- 450g), with a crispy crust and light brown inside.

Ingredients: wheat flour, wholewheat flour, water, rye levain, salt.

Allergens: Gluten. May contain traces of nuts.
